1. Weddings
List ceremony, reception and preparation addresses, plus the travelers on each leg. Confirm return collections separately.
2. Proms and graduations
Ask whether the proposed passenger group, schedule and requirements can be accommodated. Agree the pickup and return instructions with the responsible organizer.
3. Corporate events
Share attendee counts, venue entrances and any fixed registration or meeting time. Nominate one contact for changes.
4. Airport transfers
Provide flight details, date, passenger number and luggage for airport travel. Confirm the meeting point before arrival.
5. Anniversaries
Give the venue address, reservation time and planned return. Ask about an added stop before the quote is agreed.
6. Birthday celebrations
Describe the full itinerary and party size. A transport request does not include decorations, refreshments or venue admission unless separately confirmed.
7. A planned day of sightseeing
Send the places and stops you have selected. Discuss whether the route and duration can be accommodated; do not assume guiding or attraction bookings are included.
8. Concerts and sporting events
Check the venue meeting instructions and discuss a return collection. Event traffic and access restrictions can affect the journey.
9. Dinner and date nights
Provide the restaurant address and expected finish. A direct transfer does not mean the vehicle waits during dinner.
10. Golf outings
