Our airport transfer service connects the New York area’s major commercial airports with homes, hotels, offices and event venues. Each airport and terminal has its own pickup arrangements, so meeting instructions should be confirmed for your particular flight.
JFK, LaGuardia and Newark
Arrange a private car for an arrival or departure at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Include the airline, flight number and travel date in your request, along with the address where your journey begins or ends.
Teterboro and Westchester
For private aviation transfers at Teterboro (TEB) or Westchester County Airport (HPN), provide the FBO name, aircraft details if available, and a contact for coordinating arrival. We can discuss the meeting point with you and adapt the ground transportation plan to your itinerary.

Arriving at an airport
Provide the flight number and scheduled arrival time, plus a mobile number for the passenger or travel coordinator. Allow for baggage collection and any immigration or customs formalities. Confirm the meeting point, contact instructions and when to contact the team before you travel.
Departing for a flight
Send your pickup address, departure airport, flight time and terminal if known. Discuss a pickup time that allows for traffic, luggage and your airline's check-in requirements; a fixed driving time cannot suit every journey.
Waiting, delays and meeting arrangements
Ask whether flight monitoring is part of your arrangement, when waiting time starts, whether any waiting is included and how additional time is charged. Notify the team promptly about a changed flight or missed connection.
Ask which pickup arrangement is available for your flight. Curbside collection, inside meetings and terminal procedures must be confirmed for the specific booking; none should be assumed from this page.
