Course transfers around your itinerary

You can request a transfer from a city address, Hamptons accommodation or another agreed pickup point. If players are joining from separate locations, include each address before the quote is prepared.

Transportation timing can then be discussed around the full route and the arrival deadline you provide.

Room for players and golf equipment

Golf bags change the space a group needs. Passenger capacity alone is not enough to select the right vehicle for the trip.

Send the number of players, the number of golf bags and whether they are in travel cases. Include suitcases and any other equipment that will be in the vehicle.

How many golf bags can a vehicle carry?

The answer depends on the vehicle, passenger count, bag dimensions and other luggage. Send those details so the team can confirm a suitable load arrangement rather than relying on a general bag allowance.

Can you collect our group from different addresses?

Include every proposed pickup and the number of passengers joining at each one. Multiple stops can be reviewed as part of the route, timing and quote.

Will the chauffeur wait while we play?

Waiting is available only as part of the arrangement confirmed for your booking. Discuss whether an hourly service or a separate return pickup best fits your plans, and confirm the included time and charges.

Can I request transportation to a particular course?

Yes. Supply its name, full address and any access instructions. Our team will review the request and confirm availability. Arrange course access and any arrival instructions directly with the venue.
