A private flight and its ground transfer need one clear plan. For New York FBO transfers, start with the airport and the exact fixed-base operator (FBO) where passengers will arrive or depart. An airport name alone may not identify the meeting location. Share the facility details, flight schedule, passenger contact and onward route so our team can review availability and prepare a quote.
Discuss your FBO transfer — send the confirmed facility address and onward destination for a private chauffeur quote.
Choose the correct airport and FBO
An FBO provides services associated with private aviation. For a car-service request, confirm its name and full address with the flight organiser or crew. Do not substitute a commercial passenger terminal for an FBO address. If the facility has not been confirmed, say so in the enquiry and supply the final details before pickup arrangements are agreed.
Teterboro FBO transfers
For a Teterboro car service and FBO transfer, provide TEB as the airport together with the exact FBO, scheduled arrival or departure time and the flight reference or aircraft information available to you. Include the full Manhattan, New York City, Long Island or other destination address. Confirm the meeting point with the FBO and our team; a private aviation request does not imply aircraft-side pickup or ramp access.

Westchester Airport and HPN FBO transfers
For Westchester Airport car service (HPN), distinguish a private FBO transfer from a commercial passenger-terminal pickup. Supply the actual facility name and address, coordinator contact and flight schedule. If a passenger is connecting with a commercial flight, include the airline, terminal details where applicable and both parts of the itinerary so the appropriate arrangements can be discussed.

Send a complete transfer checklist
- Airport code and the confirmed FBO name and address.
- Travel date, scheduled flight time and whether this is an arrival or departure.
- Flight reference or aircraft information available to the passenger or coordinator.
- A reachable passenger phone and the person authorised to communicate itinerary changes.
- Full pickup and destination addresses, all stops and any fixed arrival deadline.
- Passenger count, suitcase sizes and oversized items or equipment.
- Requested vehicle, child seat or assistance arrangements for the team to confirm.
- Separate details for a return journey, including its date and FBO.
Agree meeting instructions and permitted access
Before travel, confirm where passengers should meet the chauffeur and how they will make contact. Vehicle access follows airport and facility instructions. Ramp access, entry to restricted areas and an aircraft-side meeting must not be assumed. Share the instructions supplied by the FBO or flight coordinator with our team and check them again if the facility changes.
Handle flight changes and waiting clearly
Notify the team promptly about revised timing, a different aircraft or a change of FBO. Ask whether the new collection can be accommodated, when waiting starts, whether any waiting is included and how additional time is charged. An accepted quote is not an unlimited commitment to every later schedule change. For departures, provide the time the party needs to reach the facility and any guidance from the crew; road conditions and access can affect pickup timing.
Match the vehicle to people and luggage
Compare the chauffeur fleet and our sedan, SUV and Sprinter airport vehicle guide. Both passengers and bags determine the space needed. Include golf clubs, strollers or presentation equipment and confirm the exact vehicle fit. Assistance, seating requests and amenities must be agreed before booking.
Plan the journey after your flight
For one pickup and one destination, discuss point-to-point transportation. If the day includes meetings, planned waiting or several stops, request hourly or multi-stop chauffeur service with the stop sequence and expected finish time. For travel out east, review Hamptons car service and include the full destination and return plans.
Review your quote before confirming
Ask the team to explain vehicle availability, meeting instructions, waiting, tolls, parking, additional stops, extra hours and cancellation terms. Review our airport transfer service, then request an FBO transfer quote or contact our team with the checklist above. The form submits an enquiry; a booking is confirmed only after availability, pricing and the travel arrangements have been agreed.
Connecting an FBO with a commercial airport
If your itinerary continues to an airline flight, send both schedules and distinguish the FBO collection address from the commercial departure terminal. Our JFK–Newark connection guide explains why a road transfer and an airline connection need separate planning. Confirm any baggage reclaim, check-in and security requirements with the airline; ground transport cannot guarantee a flight connection.
New York FBO transfer questions
What information is needed for a Teterboro or Westchester FBO pickup?
Provide the airport code, exact FBO name and address, flight date and time, available aircraft or flight reference, passenger phone, destination, passenger count and luggage. Confirm the facility with your flight organiser; the airport name alone is insufficient.
Does an FBO transfer include aircraft-side pickup?
Aircraft-side pickup and ramp access are not included by assumption. Access depends on airport and FBO permission. Agree the permitted meeting point with the flight coordinator and Immaculate Limo before travel.
Can I connect a private flight with JFK, LaGuardia or Newark?
You can request a transfer between the confirmed FBO and a commercial airport. Supply both flight itineraries, the commercial airline and terminal, luggage and any fixed deadline. The team must review timing and availability; the connection is not guaranteed.
What happens if my private flight changes FBO or arrival time?
Tell the team promptly and provide the revised facility address and schedule. Ask whether the new pickup can be accommodated and how waiting or additional charges apply. A flight change does not automatically confirm a revised ground transfer.
